This is the training course in short.
The seven interlinked modules are spread out over six months. Individual problems have to be solved, promoting practice-oriented implementation. Participants from all corporate fields appreciate the mix of useful methods and tools as well as exciting input for personal further development.
It is important to the learning process that the participants’ managers are incorporated in the training program. That is why they are invited to the final module, where participants present the content and insights gained. (Alexander Mohr)
