Personal development:

I gained my first learning and professional experience as a sales assistant in the retail and building materials field. My Blum career I started 10 years ago in the production and logistics area.

The wish for a reorientation came true with the internal change to personnel development department, where I am gradually familiarising myself with the related tasks and topics.

My job in one sentence for each area:

I use my many years with the company and my active network to provide organisational support to my team and to bring my colleagues at Blum together, to built up my “connecting” role.
