My job in one sentence:

Internal and external initiator and innovator, facilitator and business consultant.

In the team since:

2009

What I enjoy most:

… interaction with different people.

“No matter which way the wind blows, it is important to know how to set the sails.”
This is my motto both in my professional and private life. I’m intrigued by questions such as: “How can we make workflows, projects and organisations more effective?” and “What can be done in this respect to make working and living together more simple and enjoyable in the long term?” I put a great deal of emphasis on intensive dialogue with colleagues, business partners, friends and family, I regularly examine the market with an open-mind, actively nurture networks and consistently try to make use of any synergies that arise. You also sometimes need a good dose of madness and humour to reach your goals – two things we East Frisians are well- known for.

My main areas of responsibility at Blum International Consulting:

Coaching and consulting for subsidiaries at Blum USA and Kanada and technical departments at Blum Austria, Management consulting for external clients, member of Blum-Innovation-Team
