Professional info
Personal development:I’m self-taught – through and through. I started with a down-to-earth apprenticeship to become an electrician and mechanical engineer, but it quickly became clear to me that this was not the right thing to do. That’s why I started as a coder and was able to quickly implement exciting applications. Besides, my interest in photography became stronger and stronger and I wanted to try to combine both. Computer + Photo = 3D-Artist.
That was when my journey took me to film productions and agencies in Vienna to work on commercials and cinema productions as a designer. After 10 years in Vienna I was able to gain a lot of experience in the area of personnel responsibility as the managing director of a production company in Hamburg. Since 2010 my location has been Vorarlberg again and I was allowed to design some museums and learning paths – didactically as well as in the implementation.
Exactly this work made me discover my passion for knowledge transfer. I started at the applied sciences Vorarlberg Intermedia as a lecturer and with my own company created learning content for companies in Vorarlberg and abroad, including Blum.
My job in one sentence:I design creatively and find the right method that my “customer” needs. And of course, I have to question everything twice a day.
In the team since:January 2019
What I enjoy most:Understanding complex topics and focusing on what is manageable/makes sense. Working in an international environment.
My main areas of responsibility at Blum International Consulting:Knowledge & Learning, overall coordination E-training, creating and designing of learning content and settings.
